Serenbe May Day Festival

I finally have gotten our photos from our space at the Serenbe May Day! I wanted to share them because the Urban Cottage team really had so much fun working together to create a very small version of the shop in our tent. It turned out to be quite cozy and cheery. Carla from Concrete Lace, Heather Curtis from Last Night Designs, Matt from Breathless Paper Co. and I all worked together. What a great day!

Serenbe May Day!

Today Urban Cottage did the Serenbe May Day. It was a ton of fun! Breathless Paper Co., Madame Mandala and Concrete Lace all were house in the Urban Cottage tent. We always work together to make our space as Urban Cottagey as possible. There were lots of local artists and farmers that were selling their wares and yummy organic plants and foods. We had our vintage jewelry by Heather Curtis, fun tabletop, furnishings, invitations and announcements by Breathless Paper Co., letterpress neighborhood cards and more. The Serenbe Community is really a peaceful place and the residents are so kind! Madame Mandala and I had a blast having our pictures taken in the Meaghan Neer Photo Booth. She had lots of different fun things to play with; wigs, jewelry, hats, glasses and other accessories. I can not wait to go back to Serenbe!

May Day at Serenbe

A few months ago I was asked if Urban Cottage would participate in the May Day at Serenbe. We were really excited to be asked to be one of the few vendors to participate! Serenbe is supposed to be a really peaceful place and getaway. It is only about a 45 minute drive from the city of Atlanta. I am looking forward to check it out and see all the artists that are set up. Our team from the Inman Park Festival will all be at Serenbe together! We are looking forward to it. It is only one day, Sunday May 3rd.
